Being a wholesale monitoring company we do not deal direct with the public in terms of installations and monitoring contracts, ensuring that your system is serviced by professionals licensed in the security industry. As such we do not compete on quotes for alarm systems.

We are available for you to commission systems 24 hrs a day, and even on weekends. We request paperwork be supplied in advance to ensure a smooth commissioning, however if circumstances prevent this from happening, we can set up a client for commissioning over the phone.
 Spectus gives the installation company all the tools need to look after their clients. We have a custom written database which stores all client details and history. Installers can produce detailed email reports for their clients and effectively exchange data with the control room. We also have available a web based interface for Installers.
